👋 G'day, I’m Pat,

a partner manager in tech by day, and an aviation enthusiast and tinkerer by night.

I currently recruit and grow Microsoft Partners, with deep sales-driven partnerships, team building and product evangelism.

Combining technical capability, curiosity, and an outcome-driven approach, I bring a "can do" positive attitude, driven to key OKRs, even through ambiguity and adversity.

I live in Sydney, and spend my weekend outdoors, with family & friends, or learning to fly.

Outside of work, I serve on the boards of the Corporate Mental Health Alliance of Australia and Codess.

I love hiking, snowboarding, star-gazing, and a nice oat piccolo.
